SHARED ACROSS THE ELMC FAMILY
Terms of use
Effective October 2, 2026 · ELMC LLC
These terms cover the ELMC website, support and feature-request services, and your use of ELMC Mobile, ELMC Connect and ELMC Midi Deck, subject to the applicable app license and store terms. By using these services, you agree to use them responsibly and for lawful purposes.
App licenses and purchases
Apps are licensed, not sold. Your App Store app license is governed by the license shown with that app, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable. These website terms do not replace that license. Ecamm and other third-party products require their own licenses.
Prices, included features, trial terms and subscription periods are shown in the app or store before purchase. Access may vary by product and version. A purchase in one ELMC product does not automatically grant access to the others. Where an auto-renewing subscription is offered, it renews under the purchase terms unless canceled through your Apple account. Apple handles billing and applicable refund requests.
Your setup and remote access
You are responsible for the devices, network connections and third-party software you use. Only connect to studios and devices you own or are authorized to control. Protect your pairing codes and connection credentials, remove devices you no longer trust, and test your setup before an important production. Connectivity and remote control can be interrupted.
Support requests
Provide accurate contact details and enough information to explain the problem. Do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential information that is unnecessary for troubleshooting. Submitting a request saves it for review; it does not guarantee a response time or resolution. We may contact you at the email you provide about the request.
Public feature ideas
Feature requests are public. Submit only content you have the right to share, with no personal contact information, unlawful material, threats, harassment, advertising or spam. You give ELMC permission to display your idea and use the feedback to improve products without an obligation to provide payment, credit or a particular feature. You retain any rights you already have in your submission.
We may remove or hide inappropriate, duplicate or irrelevant submissions. An idea marked “Submitted” means we received it; it is not a development commitment or release date.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or devices, abuse the forms, bypass spam protections or disrupt the services. We may restrict abusive use or discontinue features when necessary for security or operation.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to make ELMC useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every configuration or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by applicable law, services are provided as available and without additional warranties beyond those required by law or your applicable license. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Privacy and third-party services
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Apple, Ecamm, RevenueCat, hosting and connection providers have their own applicable terms. ELMC is an independent product family and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ecamm Network. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the services change. The effective date above identifies this version. For questions about these terms or any ELMC product, contact ELMC LLC using the support page.
